Fundamental structural elements must complement the imagination functionally, hence the invisible hinges, handles that blend into curving forms, and volumes softened by colour.

Pininfarina Series doors are available in three models:
- DREAM SECURITY DOOR: equipped with security lock with Euro profile cylinder
- WAVE SECURITY DOOR: equipped with security lock with Euro profile cylinder
- SHIELD SECURITY DOOR: provided with two locks – a main lock with a Euro profile cylinder and a secondary lock with a cylinder

- Security lock with gearing.
- Security cylinder with magnetic-mechanical coding system operated from inside, with door retainer knob.
- Structure in double galvanized steel sheet.
- Vertical internal cut-resistant strengtheners.
- Drop seal.
- Opening limiter.
- Thermal acoustic insulation in fire-resistant material.
- Rectangular fixed dog bolts slide into the frame when the leaf closes.
- A soft gasket inside the bend in the internal sheet provides a seal against air, dust and noise.
- Frame and subframe in 20/10 ribbed steel sheet adjustable in height and width.
- Maximum standard net opening: 209 x 89.5 cm.
DREAM AND WAVE MODELS: - High resistance hinges, polished chrome colour, adjustable in height and width.
- “Daytona” internal handle in polished or matte chrome.
SHIELD MODEL: - High resistance hinges masked by aluminium bands at the sides, adjustable in height.
- Internal and external handle or centre-of-door knob in silver aluminium.
- Internal and external natural aluminium bands.
- Epoxy powder coated frame in anthracite grey; lateral edges in satin-finished steel.
