Torterolo & Re presents the security door with D-SMART locking system.
The system eliminates the need for mechanical keys to permit the automated management of security door opening and closing by remote control.
Always secure: unlike normal access control systems, the 45B door locking system automatically moves all the locking bolts during opening and closing to constantly ensure burglar resistance.
This model is particularly suited for holiday homes, apartments being rented, and B&B. Online software can be used to generate temporary codes to be given to guests and trace the comings and goings of service staff.
For the widest versatility in opening from the external side:
- TNumeric keypad: a customizable code for every user that can be managed by time slot
- Transponder: a small electronic key with Q5 technology
- Smartphone: download the D-SMART app for Apple and Android
Opening from the inside:
- Simply by pressing the button on the internal escutcheon
Emergency opening is always ensured by the mechanical key.
